Berserk Give I t a Chance

Does Rick and Morty Make You Question Religion
Are we truly heavily influence by the things that we watch
on T.V.? If that is true then we are being swayed by the show Rick
and Morty. Rick and Morty might have a negative effect on people viewing the
show. It is not bad in any sense or way it is a show that makes people watching it
full of questions. Just in case you have been living under a rock for 3 years Rick and Morty is an American adult animated science-fiction sitcom
created by Justin Roiland and Dan Harmon for adult swim. Some of the questions
I am talking about are. Does god exist? Just because you’re super smart does
that make you a god? What is the meaning to life? Do morals matter if you
already know all possible outcomes? Does evil really exist? Is their more then
one universe? These are the questions that this show is making people ask.
One of the quotes that this show is famous for is “There is no god “said by the
show main character Rick Sanchez (C-137). Since Rick is labeled as
the smartest man in the universe. His moral sense is not really their
he mostly does things for his own benefit. He has seen and done just about
everything in multiverse (infinite realm of the universe). He has created
and destroy planets, universe, and galaxies. He kills with no compassion or
fear he doesn't doubt himself. He has excuse my French a fuck you attitude about life. Almost every time Rick is with his family he
makes them question life or their morals. What is right and wrong? When someone
tries to tell Rick what to do or that he is wrong. He just throws another
question or fact back at them. Like when Rick grandson Morty was starting to
ask too many questions about the universe they were visiting Rick replied "What about the reality
where Hitler cured cancer, Morty? The answer is: Don't think
about." When I watch or even talk about this show it always raise
some eyebrow. It does make me question what I once thought about my own
life. This show makes me want to question a lot more about life but, then again I am starting to think I am just overthinking a funny
cartoon and do what rick said and don't think about it.
(During the 2006 controversy surrounding the Danish cartoons mocking Muhammad and Muslims, many conservative Christians claimed that the media were harsher on Christians than Muslims. This study explores those claims by analyzing how religion and religious individuals are depicted in editorial cartoons. This study offers insights into differences in the treatment of various religions, as well as the topics in which religious individuals are discussed and the reasons religious individuals are mocked in the cartoons. Implications address the partially inaccurate claims by conservative Christians concerning media attention and the impact the editorial cartoon portrayals may have on the religions involved.)New Cartoons Are They Too Soft ?
Old
Are today's cartoons becoming too soft ? I was raised on late 90's and early 2000 cartoons. These new cartoons that have been coming out are completely. Different from the one's that I grew up with I'm not trying to come off like a grandpa saying back in my day blah blah blah. What I'm am trying to say is that they touched on subjects and issues that I didn't think was important to children. To me I thought it was all about the action and learning a life lesson with your friends. Now these new cartoons tackle their stories, problems and even their characters in different ways then my generation would have handle it. The new shows are making kids put more thought and emotions into their actions instead of just getting angry, retaliating and fighting when they come across a situation. For an example the show Dragon Ball Z taught kids to fight our problems. The show Steven Universe is teaching kids to talk about their problems such as: saying it is okay to cry, feel sad, to be gay, its okay to acknowledge your feelings and emotions instead of just holding them in and letting them built up. I have noticed that all my old cartoons don’t do much talking which is probably why it is action heavy. It suppresses the idea or the need to talk the issues out which might explain a lot of my generation is so hard on committing or accepting things. I don’t think these new cartoons are soft I️ feel they just address their problems in a different way.

Reboots are They Worth It
When it comes to a movie, T.V., play, book or even
game nothing is better then the original source material. What I I’m
trying to say is when the first material comes out. It touches the viewer in a
different way captivating us. Making us fall in love with it in some way or
another all this happening for the first time. Most people try and cling to
the memories of their first more then others. That why when it comes to reboots
and remakes. It gets hard to really narrow down feelings about it. You can love
the original work but. When they start trying to make it better or edgier
for a new audience. To try and market it, because it has such a big name and is
already well known. Let me give a explain what I mean Teen Titans (T.V. series) aired
in 2003 and ran until 2007. This show was a hit it was getting great reviews. It was doing great with kids and shockingly adults too. It really hurt a
lot of people when. They founded out the show would be ending that year of 2007.
6 years later this great show would be making a comeback but not like they way
that old fans remember them. This new show would be called Teen Titans Go. Would be aimed at younger kids instead of a wide audience. These new titans are
the same as the old group with sight changes to the shows tone, story,
and characters. They have traded the deep themes and ideas for more light
hearten, playful, jokey things. Almost making it noting like the original work
that I fell in love with, but if you want to put a positive spin on it all. The
new show is drawing in new fans that might want to check out the original
titans. They added more characters and Easter eggs from the comic books
giving more character development to the main cast, and. Last thing this
show also give you a new prospect of how you may look at something. Start of
heating it and then give it a real chance and then might start to like even
love it.
('DuckTales' has a special place in Disney's TV animation history," Marc Buhaj, senior vice president of programming and the general manager of Disney XD, said in a statement. "It drew its inspiration from Disney Legend Carl Barks' comic books and through its storytelling and artistic showmanship, set an enduring standard for animated entertainment that connects with both kids and adults."

"Our new series will bring that same energy and adventurous spirit to a new generation," he added.
The new "DuckTales" is slated for a 2017 release – but there's plenty out there for viewers who can't wait that long to see their favorite kids' shows come back to life"As the original ambassador of girl power, 'The Powerpuff Girls' brand continues to resonate with people of all ages and there is tremendous excitement around introducing Blossom, Bubbles and Buttercup to a new generation," Pete Yoder, vice president of consumer products for North America, Cartoon Network Enterprises, told Variety in June.
In an effort to amp up its kid-friendly content, film and television streaming service Netflix has also ordered the revamp of a number of beloved cartoons.
First on the list is Scholastic Media's "The Magic School Bus," a show based on the book series of the same name. The 90s cartoon featured science teacher Ms. Frizzle and her class who, in their quest for learning, would board the eponymous vehicle for field trips to such unlikely places as outer space or the human digestive system.)Tuesday, November 28, 2017
The Cut Off
What is the cut off age to stop watching cartoons? Is it when you turn 17?
Is it when you turn 18? Maybe it when, you pay your first bill maybe when you
hit puberty? A better question to ask is why do people feel the need to make
themselves stop watching cartoons? When they teach you life lessons and can
help you through depression and real life problems and situation. Some Cartoons are just for enjoyment something to just turn off your brain for..Why feel
ashamed about something that make you feel good and teaches you something? I
guess it just depends on the type of person you are or maybe people should
be just more open minded and open to new things. Because some of those new
things might just improve your life or help someone around you in a way you
didn't know was possible. There is not cut off age there is noting wrong with watching cartoons take pride in what you do.
("Drawn Together" is Comedy Central's twisted take on reality shows. Its characters, all parodies of animated icons, live together in a swanky house and get into mischief a la MTV's "The Real World."
("Drawn Together" is Comedy Central's twisted take on reality shows. Its characters, all parodies of animated icons, live together in a swanky house and get into mischief a la MTV's "The Real World."
Just like the non-animated variety, there's sex, catfights, binge drinking and hot-tubbing. "Family-values groups tend to make a lot less noise about places like Comedy Central," said Robert Thompson, chair of the Center for the Study of Popular Television at Syracuse University. "It's clearly identified as 'not a safe haven."'
Years ago, TV animation in prime time started and stopped with squeaky-clean shows like "The Flintstones." Now, post "Beavis and Butt-Head," there are more-adult offerings such as "South Park" and "Aqua Teen Hunger Force." All have "mature" ratings and air in late-evening slots.
"Cartoons that aren't appropriate for kids are common," Mr. Thompson said. "The one thing that might make people nervous about 'Drawn Together' is that these animated characters are parodies of ones we know from kid animation and they look familiar for that reason.")
